How I think this will work is that it wont go to trial , and I think it will hurt Mannys reputation more if it does , one would think that Floyd Snr has had legal advice , he is still saying he believes Pac is-was on something dont you think with a defamation case hanging over you if he was really worried about it he would be instructed to say No Comment , somebody that knows has advised him ,,,, I believe the trial will not go ahead and will be dropped like the first one , it was all just bull**** to begin with .

to be honest, whether your a pac fan or not, this whole lawsuit is ridiculous.... be a man and take the criticism like every other athlete, you being accused of peds, just say you'll take a damn blood test and be done with... its so ****** really how courts are being dragged into this
