Chris (Los Angeles, CA): Did Golden Boy settling the defamation lawsuit signal that Manny had a really legit case and that the Mayweathers should now be really worried?

Dan Rafael (12:30 PM): When the judge allowed the case to go forward I think Golden Boy got a little spooked by it. Pacquiao has a very powerful lawyer working the case and Mayweather has said far worse things than Schaefer or De La Hoya said, so I think, as a laymen, that Mayweather and his family should be worried.

DLH/Schafer apologized for the sake of boxing and making fights with Top Rank. Mayweather couldn't care less about the lawsuit, in fact on the day DLH/GBP apologized, Mayweather came out with those Take The Test shirts. Looks like Mayweather wants to go through with the whole lawsuit.
