I'd bet that the lawyers fees ALREADY are over a million, maybe 2 million. Petrocelli must charge a few thousand per hour and he can say, and WILL, that he's had to look up lots of precedents. In the meantime his apprentice, or law clerk will be doing this for almost no pay, just for the experience of working with him.

Manny Pacquiao has to prove that he has suffered a discernible loss of income as a result of the Mayweather's accusations. (He hasn't)
Manny Pacquiao would have to prove that the Mayweathers don't actually believe he is on PEDs (they obviously do or the idiots wouldn't talk so nonchalantly about it)
2 things I always love about these threads:
Pinoy talking about the American legal system based on things they read written by other pinoy on philboxing.
The fact that they want Pac to "beat" Mayweather in a lawsuit and that is somehow a win for Pac.

That's pure steryotyped crossexamination, I think what will happen is this actually occurs the way you write it, will be that when it is seen where the questioning is leading (and that will be immediately) Pertrocelli, or whoever will be present from his office at that time, wil intervene and object, saying that the questioning is leading to an expert opinion and Mr. Pacquiao is not an expert, that we HAVE experts who will gladly answer questions on the matter of etc.etc........The boys in here believe anything
Can see Pac on the stand , do you know whats in the shakes given to you by your fitness coach ,, umh NO ,,,, have you ever had a OST style blood testing for PEDs in your system , umh NO , so you dont know beyond a shadow of doubt that you have not been given PEDS without you knowing , umh NO ,,, so its possible you have been given PEDS , umh umh no speaka da English ,,,
The whole thing is a joke , I doubt it will go ahead , there is a lot of circumstantial evidence that could make somebody that spent a life in the sport think something was going on .

team pacquiao is doing a lot except taking the proper test,filing lawsuits and talking sh** on cheap youtube videos,Arum is doing this all to brainwash the pacquiao fan base,he's telling them a few lies so that they hate mayweather more but they don't realize that's just arums plan to avoid mayweather..arum knows floyd would beat manny easy.Arum called floyd the greatest fighter ever a few years ago for a reason.Comment
