Oh ok, lets go by Ring Rankings then. When Bradley beat Witter, he didnt become "no1" as you would say. Paulie Malignaggi did. Hatton was champ and Malignaggi was "no1" when they fought each other. Bum ass Bradley didnt beat either of them.

I consider the no1 to be "The Man" of the division. Timmy never beat that guy.

If Khan beats Zab a top guy at 140 with a belt and Bradley doesn’t fight or fights someone of a noticeably lesser name Khan has a more than legitimate claim of being top guy at 140.
