I don't know man, Sergio fights very similar to Pascal. He has no defense except for his feet. his fast feet is his defense. he just stays out of range, and then he jumps in "ambush" style like pascal.
although he has displayed he can lead with a nice jab too. but still if hopkins can get in range he will do work on sergio. sergio also doesn't have the stamina to handcuff Hop on the inside like calzaghe.

Good point about Martinez's defensive shortcomings. The best weapon against an old fighter is legs and that's Martinez's strong suit, but I could see B-Hop making it a grimy, rough type of fight to take that weapon away from him. B-Hops greatest strength is taking away his opponents main weapon. From the clean to the dirty B-Hop is a master of boxing so I don't put it past him. I just feel that akward athletic boxers have the best chance against him.

If Sergio is willing to go up to a catchweight of 170, why not just fight someone at 168? I'm sure they'd love to have him. Plenty of money to be made fighting the Super 6ers or Bute. Much better use of his time than Peter Manfredo or Marco Antonio Rubio. Even BHop doesn't want to leave Canada because he gets to fight in front of 17,000+ fans and is probably making some nice bank as opposed to fighting in front of 1,500 fans at Indian Casinos and half of them got their tickets for free.

Bute-Martinez in Montreal would be huge, they should aim for that.

Hopkins would have a field day with Mr. I keep my hands at my side and gas in the middle rounds. Especially at light heavyweight, but he probably can't make 170 at his age.
