Berto by his own admission is "Never Bitter. Never Sour" "takes his L like a man" but is making baseless allegations about the guy that beat him.

thats the sad truth... this trend of PED allegations & overpricing is getting out of control...

berto is quick to make excuses but has no explanation for why he decided not to fight once he got dropped... and his trademark gassing out.

berto felt a little adversity and the little primadonna squealed... much more respect to ortiz for not making excuses and PROVING he deserved the title after the maidana set back. ortiz worked his way back to get paychecks.

You know what would be hilarious if Oritz was clean and Berto was the one on roids. I wouldn't be shocked if that was the case. I think that is as likely as a scenario as Ortiz being on roids.

I honestly think this is the steroid era for boxing. I think a lot of fighters are on it. I don't know who is on what. IMO We just need better testing. All of us should be for better testing. Instead of making excuses on why not, we should be asking/wanting better testing.

After skimming through the 7 pages of comments, I am pleased that the overwhelming response is negative criticism towards Andre Berto. There are a few idiots making comments here and there, but that is to be expected. These allegations are ridiculous, and a big shame on Berto.

Shane Mosley is my favorite fighter of all time, but his similar actions made me lose some respect for him.

That is legit for other situations, but this is a guy who got his ass kicked b*tching afterwards. Just like Pascal after he signed a contract throwing out take the test bullsh**.

Fighters want better testing? Then ask for it. Demand it. Make it mandatory for your fights. Fighters have done it before.
