He wouldnt be p4p no1 by beating pac at 154, because thats 2 divisions north of Pacs best weight.

Pac was no2 for ages behind Floyd, when he should have been no1.
How can it be his best weight and he's only had one fight at that weight?

Aslong as Pacquiao is with Arum he has no chance, Arum is like the Don of the media, he controls the outcome, when he was over Floyd's career he had Floyd hyped up as the best ever also.

Sergio stated correctly, the best way to become P4P number 1 is to beat the number 1 P4P guy, which is Manny Pacquiao.

Beating WARD, BUTE, Jean Pascal, all of those guys above him in weight won't do him any good, Pac fans will just argue that they bums or washed up, and ESPN journalist really don't follow boxing so they wouldn't know the true meaning of beating all of those guys.

Beating Floyd won't work either, simply because they will say he beat the dude that was running for Pacquiao, which will still lead to him being NO.2 P4P.
