i remember a video with Elie Seckback talking to Roger Mayweather and when Elie asked Roger what would make this fight finally happen, Roger said and I quote " 100 million dollars"...

i just want to summarize this to you how the negotiations have gone regarding Floyd and Manny....

1st negotiation....
Floyd: Manny, you're a one dimensional fighter. You are an easy fight. BUT, i want you to take a OST test because you were 106 lbs before (like me) but know you're knocking out fighters that weigh 145-150 lbs. I want you to take the test 14 days before the fight..if you do that, then we'll fight.

2nd negotiation...

Manny : Okay fine, 14 days before the fight. The fans want to see this fight happen. So i agree to your first demand of 14 days before the fight.

***note that Arum stated that there were negotiations being conducted through HBO ...Mayweather camp denies it, but HBO president goes out to the media and says there was a negotiation...makes Mayweather camp look like fools...

Manny then goes and says that he is now agreeing to getting OST all the way to the day of the fight....

Mayweather is still demanding Manny take the test....???

What's there to call when Arum calls nobody from Floyd side answers?

They even tried with a mediator but Floyd responded "nobody called us, ... there were no 2nd negotiations".

So at one point, Arum gets and believes when Floyd says, I'm going on a long vacation and I am NOT ready to fight Manny nor anyone else ..... Floyd reaffirmed this by actually doing what he said. Floyd reaffirmed this recently again.

There were deadlines for Floyd to respond but Floyd was nowhere.

I remember Arum after Floyd denied the 2nd negotiations :

.... Arum said, "OK, I get it ... when Floyd is ready to fight, have him call me .... he knows my number"

You don't even need to believe Arum. You just need to check out Floyd's actions. He is still on vacation. No lie, right?
