Oh Ryan, it won't happen now. Arum's plan is obvious at this point. He's gonna milk him for everything he's worth first. Make as much money as you can fighting the big names, then when Arum feels Pacquiao isn't worth that much to him anymore(aka losing a step) he'll do the Mayweather fight. Once he loses(which he will) that mystique of Pacquiao will be gone, then Arum is gonna use Pac to build up his up and coming fighters and the cycle will continue until Arum dies.
