Why isn't Hopkins being trashed like Manny was about taking this "test"?

Yet I'm "biased", nah I'm just a boxing fan who can see the truth. Instead of informing me about human nature, why don't you just explain to me why you think my statement is a double standard?
you rag on Pac for supposedly not taking the test, yet give Bhop a mere slap on the wrist for refusing it outright.
(i think both are innocent btw)

if pac really fought such low-class opposition, then why should his performance be considered exceptional?
i mean, would one's performance actually be so questionable if you fought walking-dead fighters where all you had to do was push them and they'd fall down?
meh... what you said was just a long-winded excuse for double-standards.
Like I said I don't think he's on PEDs. At the same time though I can see how people want him to tested. How is it a double standard? You have two completely opposite people.

Seriously, Im just saying that Manny deserves the same respect as Hopkins - he doesn't deserve to have his honor and word as a man stomped on.
I agree with you, Floyd apologist and his fanboys solely used this excuse to masked and disguised Floyd fear of fighting Manny. First they defend 14 day then after PAC said yes they want random. Pacquiao again said yes and now these guys still on denial like putting it on contract. It's getting ridiculous.
Then as soon as Pascal requested it. These guys flip the switch and making a lot of excuses.
Bottomline is Hopkins could have just taken it if he WANTS to.

Also, don't give me that garbage with Pascal. If Pascal really wanted OST he'd put it in the contract. He's not a dumbass. He was doing it to get into Hopkins head. It was obvious.

also, Pac's power at the higher weights are questionable. from my point of view, his opponents at the higher weights are merely wary of the accumulation of punches as compared to his power.
take dela hoya for example. people say he was shot when he faced Pac, but how come Pac wasn't able to knock him down EVEN ONCE?
plus, isn't it a common thing they say that its the punches that you DON'T SEE that really get to you? hatton, cotto and mosley were taken down by punches they didn't see.
lastly, my statement of double standards apply to those who hate on Pac for not taking the test and accuse him of PEDs and don't have the same feeling on Bhop.
if you don't, then it doesn't apply to you. note that my statements were generalized and didn't apply to one specific person. if you felt that i meant it for you alone, or if i actually worded it that it looked like i did, then i apologize for the misunderstanding.

When you have a clean life style, you'll have a MUCH longer career, plain and simple.
If you go out drinking, partying, and getting whores pregnant all while moving up in weight like Pacquiao I can understand why some people have their doubts. I don't think he's on PEDs. I just think he's been matched very properly. At the sametime though I still think he should take the test just like any athlete should.
If Chad asked for OST, I'm sure Hopkins would do it. Would he be happy about it? I doubt it. Will he do it? I'm sure he would.
Hopkins was already asked to test but he flatly refused.
