this is compete and utter nonsense............... if you think calzaghe whooped hopkins, you know jack shidt about boxing......... at the very least, it was a close fight that could've gone either way by a couple of points, or could've been a draw...

if you like clean and effective punching landing on scoring areas then hopkins won that fight hands down, easy.

if you like slopppy, slapping punches that don't land on the scoring area, and actually punches missing the target, then calzaghe was a master in the ring that night hitting hopkins in the back of the head, arms, shoulders, groin and hips, GTFOH............

Calzaghe won that fight although he didnt land not 1 signifigant punch. He threw nothing but a bunch of open palm slapping shots that hit Hops on the arms. Hops dropped Calz and landed the harder cleaner more signifigant punches throughout the fight. Calz won because he kept busier. That's all.

Oh, trust me racist white boy, no matter how your try to rationalize this Calzaghe will be forgotten like all of the other underachieving UK fighters. This is not hyperbole but a fact, a scientific prediction based on experience and observation.

For instance, when have you EVER in the history of boxing seen a fighter given ATG status when they've fought absolutely no one and questionably won the only notable fight of their career against a past prime, 43 year old? Never, it has never happened and never will. Calzaghe is in B-hop's shadow, always will be. Ducking rematches and fighting old people while B-hop is beating young hungry lions is no comparison.

Calzaghe sitting on his ass living off of the work and hustle of this legendary fighter is unacceptable. Calzaghe would NEVER be able to do this at 46 so how in the hell does this do ANYTHING for Calzaghe's legacy? That bum has not lifted a finger. Calzaghe's record is a bigger joke than Rocky Marciano's. Joe Louis was better than Marciano as Hopkins is better than Calzaghe, where the latter is even more evident since Hopkins actually beat him.
