Jones Jr was a C level win at best, Lacey was a C level win, Kessler a B level win, Manfredo a D level win, not to mention he ducked Glenn Johnson 3 times, some people say 4. Fought a bunch of bums in england for years, so whats that average out too? A C+ level resume at best?

Calzaghe is overrated imo. He clearly even admitted he ducked Jones and Hopkins for the longest time because of the fear of losing indirectly when both were prime.

good post except lacy was better than c level. lacy was a b win, joe ruined him and that's the truth.....

All these wins that Hopkins is piling up at 46 years old while Calzaghe is snorting coke is gonna cause him to go down as a greater fighter than Calzaghe in the history books. Maybe a thread needs to be made pointing that out.

I had Calzaghe winning 116-111 over Hopkins.

In fact, I think the Calzaghe fight is probably the worst Bernard has ever looked. Calzaghe outthrew and outlanded BHOP 2-to-1 in that fight (thats no joke, its quite literal). In my opinion it was the most comprehensive loss of Hopkins' career.

And yes I think Bernard's success (W 12 Pavlik, W 12 Pascal) actually makes Calzaghe look better.
