lewis has a very strong chin and has taken some big shots from iron fists........the two punches which put him down would have put any fighter down as he didn't see them......

this is an appalling thread and it doesn't deserve these posts..

Vitali coulden't knock down Lewis, enough said. Vitali vs Lewis would be better. How can you compare Lewis to Wlad?

The the same could be said of the punches that Wlad took from Sanders.

bro......ask yourself this question? how many times has wlad been on the deck?

            how many has lewis?

and for god's sake....look who lewis has fought.....all iron fists....need i mention them....how many clean shots did he take from vitali and they didn't put him down....

lewis, to me, has a very strong chin, and he only went down when he was complacent....

My only argument is that it's not scientifically viable to compare who's "chin" is better. There are to many variables.

The argument could also be made that Wlad has never been knocked unconscious, only dazed, when lewis was clearly out cold.

Wlad going down repeatedly speaks more about stamina than ability to take a punch.

Come on, Vitaliy is an arm puncher, he is not as good a puncher as Sanders or Sam Peter.

Lewis was KOed by McCall and Rahman, single punch.

Wlad got up after Sanders punches that he did not see coming.

I think their chins are comparable.

I agree, but we could still have our subjective, poorly substantiated opinions.

torino...no offence bro, but you are a bit confused.......

getting knocked down 5 times in the first and second rounds ie against sanders is stamina related??

please bro, don't play dumb here....

look at lewis' opponents....most of whom have a very very high KO percentage...and how many times in his stellar career was he on the deck?????......2 from 44 fights.......and those 2 times were from HUGE punches that somehow got to him...i call this being human.
