You guys seem to be very confused about chin.
Ever been knocked the **** out?
I personaly was dazed out of my mind on a couple of occasions.
You have a good chin of you can control the "dazed" state, if you can see and when you have good situational awearnes when hit.
To me Wlad showed that he has good chin in the Sanders fight. Yes Sanders fight. He was rocked, I mean rocked, but he manged to beat the count everytime. To me that shows that he has a decent chin. How many fighters do you know that will manage to stand up after being knocked down as hard and as many times as Wlad in the Sanders fight.
Heart has nothing to do with being able to stand up from a punch. Heart is your will to fight, when your exhausted and beat up, you cant see out of either eye but you still go and fight. Thats heart.
If you get dropped on the canvas your heart has no say over your chin. Just because you want to fight it doesnt mean that the "buzz" is going to go away.
I personaly believe that heart has nothing to do with chin or being knocked down. Being knocked the **** out is a physical state, having heart is purely phsycological and one doesnt affect the other. This is not yoga, this is boxing.
To many people rate chins out of 10.
Chin can only be rated as follows:
A never get knocked down
B you get knocked down and stand up and finish the fight
C you get knocked down and stay down
Now to the original question...its a toss. Wlad beat the count everytime he was knocked down.
Lennox got hit by bombs and wasnt dropped, but he did go down and never go up...
