Almost everyone agrees that Pac-JMM at 144 is a sham, apart from Arum and a few nuthuggers, so what's your point exactly?

Even The Ring, which is normally supportive of Pac, has slammed this fight. So has boxingscene's Cliff Rold.

many of you up in hurrrr are saying JMM has adjusted to the weight, since he fought Floyd, thus Pac against him is more legit. How exactly is this up in hurrr? JMM has fought at LW since fighting Floyd, and is now going back up to fight Pac.

PAC - JMM III is more legit than PBF - JMM

PBF - SSM was more legit than PAC -SSM

And finally PBF - SSM was more legit at the time than PAC - JMM is now

          Just to clear things up

I'm not saying I'm 100% sure he was, I'm saying I think he was around that weight. There is no way of knowing what he was if he wasn't weighed the day of the fight.

It's my personal opinion that he's grown into a full blown welterweight. To me, he looks bigger/more filled out then he did when he first came to the Welterweight division. I don't think that's a crazy conclusion to come to just by comparing his two most recent fights compared to his early WW fights. In my eyes it's not a stretch he weighed around 155 give or take a pound or two, as usually the most in shape guys rehydrate around 5-10 pounds.

But like I said, I don't think it would have made a difference if Floyd weighed in at 144 or 147. It's a matter of styles and JMM is not at his best when he's playing the aggressor. He's a counter puncher so him chasing floyd around the ring walking into traps all night didn't work out so well for him. With pac it will be the opposite.

Now if Pac completely destroys JMM in the first few rounds I'll eat my words and say in hindsight it was a bad matchup. But I'm telling you, styles make fights and JMM will always be a tough fight for him.

Oh so he just paid Marquez $600,000 for the hell of it then? Makes sense!

I believe JMM is fighting at 140 pounds in the summer so the idea this time will be for him to gradually move up and get accustomed to the extra weight.

*******s will make any excuse to not pretend their hero has done nothing but make ****ty fight after ****ty fight on PPV in record setting pace. I gotta hand it to them. It takes a real man to pretend the **** smell in the air is really perfume.
