Actually, what created the ruckus was Manny not submitting to the "agreed" upon drug testing back in 2009. So rather than nip in the bud, (because they do acknowledge it was part of the contract and negotiations) Team Pacquiao decides to play the Excuse and Delay Game thinking it would just go away.

No rumors would spread so widely if..

        1. Manny had done a Shane Mosley and taken the tests when it really mattered.

        2. Flat out refused to agree to any additional drug testing beyond the commission appointed agency.

Either one of those two decisions would have made it clear where good ol' Bob
and Team Pacquiao stood on the issue.

But, hey. Who am I to be brining up the past, right?

I don't think Pacquiao is on steroids or any kind of banned substances. The only problem with Pacquiao is that he is just a puppet who does whatever Bob Arum says.
Hey, wouldn't you be loyal to the man who feeds you? Arum guided Pac to stardom & alot of cash. And people are jealous of him for that. But now the the famous & oldies are gone, with the exception of Marquez. Now it's time for Pac to kick some young a$$es.

I dedicate this video to the writer:

And also, no **** - Sherlock. ****** keyboard internet writers think that a lip service of saying "Manny never failed a drug test" will suffice in saving Pacquiao's reputation. Think again, Pacquiao is continually losing respect and money making ability due to this ****** rumor. And what does these so called journalists do but say "well, it might be true or not. But hey guys Manny never failed a test so take it whatever you want."

Ignorant writers why not just write the truth that Floyd is a coward for not fighting Manny. It has been 4 years already since 2008 and we still don't have a fight. ****, at least Leonard only went on "retirement" for a year to wait and see Hagler's slowing down phase. Floyd can't even out age Manny since he is older by 2 years. ***** LOGIC is full of fail that you can create a guide book just for failing and sucking at life.

Stop writing about steroids and start writing the truth more in paragraphs rather than a lip service sentence of "MANNY NEVER FAILED AN OFFICIAL DRUG TEST." Hey, I can do a better job than you - you ****** writer.

            Let us start with this:

Emmanuel Dapridan Pacquiao has never failed an official drug test by the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) or any official state drug testing organization (i.e. Texas and California) since his first fight here in the United States. Manny Pacquiao better known as PACMAN or the "Fighting Pride of the Philippines" has fought a total of 19 matches here in the United States of America and in all his fights he has passed all the drug test conducted on him.

Writer you see that paragraph. **** is real and more than a sentence. Learn to write.

If the PEDget can't DOPE..the Philippines has NO HOPE.

Yeah Pac showed his loyalty by taking a briefcase full of money from the Golden Boy and only changed his mind when he realized he ****ed up.

If Manny had said sure, no problem let's do OST i think it's a good idea, or Floyd you are a *****, but i'll do it and kick your ass then these accusations wouldn't still be here almost 2 years later. They would have virtually vanished win, lose or draw.

The alternative, though not as good as the above could have gone something like this.

"No i will not take OST, that is ridiculous, it is not required by the boxing commission or the rules. I am tested according to the rules of the commission, if they decide to implement stricter testing that is fine, but until then we will comply with what everyone else does. P.S. Floyd is scared of me. I'm so good he thinks i'm cheating.....what a *****"

--> It takes ONE position and offers ONE single reason why he won't do it.

Instead his whole team and him included came out with so many different excuses and changed their position so many times, contradicted themselves etc etc that they placed this su****ion on themselves. They are the ones who allowed this idea to GROW. Mayweather simply planted a seed........Team MP let the seed of doubt grow with their actions.
That's team Pacquiao for you. On the otherhand, Pacquiao doesn't know english that well or wasn't sure how to react on it. All he can do is deny. And yes, he did say he will take the test if the boxing commission told him too. Just not that Floyd guy, you know the one who claims Pac is easy but yet won't even step in the ring with him. So there goes your defense for Floyd.

If FLoyd is really that good. Why don't he pull off an Oscar. Oscar knocked the **** out of Fernando Vargas, the guy had a ****load of Peds on him. That was no sweat for Oscar. What's wrong Floyd. Are you sure it's PEDS you're afraid of or Pac.
