That Rafael Palmerio quote was the first thing I thought of when I seen the quote from Pacquiao press release. LOL

I don't think Pacquiao is on steroids or any kind of banned substances. The only problem with Pacquiao is that he is just a puppet who does whatever Bob Arum says.

What baffles me is that Pacquiao who HAS NEVER TESTED POSITIVE, NEVER ASSOCIATED HIMSELF WITH PED SUPPLIERS OR DRs., and HAS NEVER HAD ANY REAL LEGITIMATE MEMBER OR FORMER MEMBER OF HIS CAMP COME OUT AND SAY PAC HAS USED STERIODS, but PAC IS GETTING ALL THIS HEAT ABOUT THE PED ISSUE.

Now on the other hand Mosley HAS associated himself with Balco, Donaire and Ward both work with Victor Conte and still PAC GETS ALL THE HEAT FOR PEDs just cause he told Floyd NO your not the NSAC commission, you dont call those types of rules..

Like this article says, people are easy swindled especially if their is no other reason why Pac has either beat your favorite fighter or is talked about as being BETTER then your favorite fighter.. "Well, he must be doping" SMH at these simpletons..

It's clear to any rational observer that this is the case. If Manny had said sure, no problem let's do OST i think it's a good idea, or Floyd you are a *****, but i'll do it and kick your ass then these accusations wouldn't still be here almost 2 years later. They would have virtually vanished win, lose or draw.

The alternative, though not as good as the above could have gone something like this.

"No i will not take OST, that is ridiculous, it is not required by the boxing commission or the rules. I am tested according to the rules of the commission, if they decide to implement stricter testing that is fine, but until then we will comply with what everyone else does. P.S. Floyd is scared of me. I'm so good he thinks i'm cheating.....what a *****"

Unlike fighters who find excuses not to fight, take layoffs, find a way not to fight, steal from fans, and on the other hand self proclaim themselves as the GOAT..
