Has Pascal, or anyone, offered an explanation for what happened after Rd 4 in that fight?

Pascal showed vs Froch that he can fight and trade for a full 12 rounds. I don't think you can say he gassed out as he was on his horse. Seemed almost like he thought the decision was in the bag, so all he had to do was dance--a la Oscar (vs Trinidad) the last 2 rounds--who guessed wrong with the judges.

It just seemed like Pascal on his own decided to change things, more than Hopkins made him.

honestly, he may have an issue with the back of his head as weird as that sounds, he doesn't seem to take those shots well at all for some reason, and that's a bit concerning for me.

I have watched his fights. He certainly didn't gas vs Froch by the 4th, he didn't gas vs Dawson until late in the fight and he didn't gas vs diaconu until late if at all in the second fight. he tko'd branco in the 10th

Pascal's musclemass slows him down and weakens his stamina. Just like with Frank Bruno, if he doesnt succee in koing his opponent early enuff, he gasses.

Even that Froch fight was weird. As soon as Froch got behind the jab it looked fairly comfortable.

Pascal reminds me of David Haye in style but with less power, less stamina.

he didn't gas vs froch? are you mental? that was the only reason he lost, but i do admit he had better stamina down at smw

in the diaconu fights u might think that cuz he's running around and taking 2 or so consecutive rounds off(shit, i think he took upto 4 consecutive rounds off in the second diaconu fight, not including some rounds later in the bout) due to his shoulder issues(suppossedly always coming out of place) only to come back flurrying like no shoulder injury ever happened BEFORE the 11th when his shoulder was popped back into place

but sure you could use that excuse(that he was more concerned of shoulder rehabilitation other than cardio work) in the dawson fight, but i dont buy it, in the dawson fight he tired the exact same as always and took rounds off the exact same as always, i mean, it's not like dawson puts on alot of physical pressure, in that fight atleast, he was moving foward and doing virtually nuthin else

i guarrantee he'll be taking rounds off by the 4th in the hopkins fight
and i think he had better stamina in the lower classes

and no, i picked him to win(after going back and forth on who would win, ends up being a draw), but in my card he did win, 1,2,3,5 and 8, you could argue the 12th for pascal too

listen peeps, hate to say it, but the only rounds hopkins won were the rounds pascal gave to him, pascal may have threw fewer, but he was accurate and the harder hitter with the cleaner shots

most of bhops work happens in the clinch with body shots, tho he did land a good number of right hands, but again, in the rounds that pascal took off
