every time a punch is thrown it opens up an opportunity for the most accurate boxer in the game to counter. so while pac goes for the ko he will be open to get ko'd

He moves his waist but once Pac move sideways to adjust the angles of his punches there would be no reaction on Floyd's part but to use his feet to adjust to the new angles that Pac would throw coming from a different position.
Distance neutralizes weird angles, even though Mayweather is more of a gogetter when faced against southpaws, he's still able to find room for the right hand/ lead left hook. Pacquiao's angles will still trouble him though.

Listen, I'm not counting Pacquiao out, I'd at least like to see Mayweather in against a southpaw since he hasn't faced one since 06, that's 5 years. Still a lot of things I need to look at before I can make a full analysis on a fight that might not even happen because of someone's refusal to test

i have posted this several times. clottey is a beast and throws a lot of punches. vs pac however, he did nothing but stand there and take punches. and when he did throw he landed at a high rate. clottey has NEVER performed in such a poor manner. he was paid to take a dive.

You dont understand distance wont be there in Floyd's favor on a high guard stance because then he would look like Cotto with his head crouched. The distance will only be in his favor if he uses the Philly shell.

floyd does not fight with a high guard stance he utilizes the philly shell. and floyd has faced every style in boxing which allows him to make in fight adjustments. unlike pac who does not have the ability to change game plans on the fly. as evidenced by the first JMM fight which pac should have won but once marqueze made adjustments he out performed pac easily and got a draw out of what should have been a solid loss. pac has trouble with pure boxers and vs floyd he is in with the best. IMO floyd stops him in the late rounds.

while a jab is always good. a lead right is the antidote vs a south paw. and floyd just happens to have a dam good straight right and an awsome left hook. and the ability to nullify a fighters best assets. thats what makes floyd the best in boxing he really has very few flaws and the flaws he has its hard for a fighter to capitalize on those flaws. the only other boxer in his class is nonito donair.
