while a jab is always good. a lead right is the antidote vs a south paw. and floyd just happens to have a dam good straight right and an awsome left hook. and the ability to nullify a fighters best assets. thats what makes floyd the best in boxing he really has very few flaws and the flaws he has its hard for a fighter to capitalize on those flaws. the only other boxer in his class is nonito donair.

Marquez was effective because he was willing to take a chance of getting hit to counter fire. Let's not forget that Marquez suffered a knockdown and a bad cut in order to be effective against Pac. Mannys a freakin joke. Floyd has every advantage in this particular match up. Size, strength, skill, and better defensively. Everybody saw what Marquez was able to do against Manny. Floyd is a bigger, faster, stronger Marquez. Floyd will keep Manny off balance. Then go into his shoulder role in the late rounds. 10 rounds to 2, 9 rounds to 3 something like that. Easy fight for Floyd.
