Pac hasnt improved huh? thats why he is like miles and miles away in ATG ranking compare to JMM and even ahead of Floyd. skills doesnt make you automatically better than the other guys. back in 2008 when he fought JMM, Pac was only a future hall of famer. now he is ATG and even rank probably inside top 20. and for HATERS he hasnt improved much? what is your so called skilled counter puncher JMM has achieved and what Pac has achieved after the fight? another lineal title, 3 more division titles and a FIGHTER OF THE DECADE.

The only difference with Pac now is that his bigger opponents have been a lot slower than his opponents at the lower weights, thus his his speed advantage has vastly increased. Pac has been killing his slow opponents with his huge speed advantage. He has also carried his power to the higher weights.
