No. Joe Cortez did all he could to help Floyd Mayweather in that fight with Hatton.

Floyd would NEVER fight outside the US or with neutral officials.

All the fights was interesting match-ups to me. I can assure that we would have only seen a fraction of these fights had there not been a tournament.

You can say that a couple of fights failed to live up to expectations but that's a completely different story.

For me, and this is absolutely my opinion, those fights haven't been good enough to make up for all the things outside the ring that have happened. They probably should have started smaller and moved from there, because tying up six men to fight each other over the course of two or three years seems to have been far too complicated to come off correctly.

Reading comprehension devachka. The Sauelands FUNDED the Hitler regime during WWII. Obviously it isn't pasted in their autobiography. I don't think it's something they're proud of. And at the end of the day, it wasn't Kalle Sunderland that had anything to do with it as he wasn't even born.

But I did think it was necessary to inform the rest of BoxingScene that often these German promoters ride a wave of racism, xenophobia, and pure hate to get what they want for their fighters. This is why that other promoter, Omet Ohner?, has had 2 assassination attempts.

They are dirty.

But with all that said, I wouldn't be surprised if Ward is being stubborn. He has clearly stated what fighting at home means to him and I have no doubt he will try to leverage every benefit possible for this fight.

Why not have Ward do the fight in Berlin with three German judges, then, if he's gonna win anyway?
