Striking is a mixture of Boxing,KickBoxing,Mauy Thai, some Tae Kwondo kicks, and some unconventional techniques such as a Cartwheel Kicks......I'm just making a point that if he really wants to get better in boxing and fight a future boxing match against a lagit opponent, he better change that head first style he has there.
The point of boxing is to hit and not get hit back. He looked a lot worse than I expected from such a great "striker" in the MMA world.
So of course his Boxing style going into Pure Boxing is not gonna be on par......
thats like GSP dominating Josh Koshcheck in wrestling in MMA yet we all know if it was a pure wrestling match its gonna be a whole different story...Comment

Yes especially when he was training for an MMA fight. You know where the footwork is diffrent, they kick you in the legs and they take you down to the ground!Comment

well you have to take this vid with a grain of salt ... its sparring we dont know how far into camp, what kinda shape and if hes going full out, what exactly hes working on etc. u have to factor that in, but that doesnt mean we cant critique it. he looks plain terrible theres no denying or defending that fact. you can also say that this isnt the best version of henry either but he clearly looks good.
this vid does nothing to inspire only confirms what most of us thought. this transition most likely isnt going to be pretty. if mma guys were watchin omar wrestle or practice jujutsu and he looked like total dog shit im sure theyd be just as harsh. cause it would just be stating factComment

1) i didn't say he didn't look like crap..... But he wasn't in the 3 and 4th round of the sparring....
2) They wouldn't be as a harsh because they know and also hes trainin in it right now....Comment

point taken but hearing what I heard about his sessions at WC and seeing this indicate he is still nowhere near boxing readyComment
