    Read most above.....

Theres a reason that we don't see the full sparring session.....

Like I said before this was training for the Paul Daley fight weeks ago.....

Hence why he credits Omar for helping him during his "training camp" after his fight with Daley....

But unfortunately insecure people fail to realize that..... And want to harp on him getting beat in this vid....

Jesus I knew he wasn't going to be any good, but he looks clueless in there. Stick to MMA Nick, huge pay day or not you will make a living from MMA.

so commenting on all the wrong footing, dropping the hands, following Henry around the ring should be reserved for trainers?

          gotcha

diaz is great at MMA, i think he would be foolish to leave it. that, or he needs a lottttttttt of work before trying to make his boxing debut.

                  two part question

                  1. my assumption is that if he is training for an MMA fight then leaning in would be beneficial. I don't think I personally made comment on that only in how his skillset relates to boxing.

                  2. I care less about how many rounds was shot I was commenting on what I saw. If there is more sure let's see it because per your description he makes better adjustments and does better.

and sorry there are tons of flaws in what he is does

heard he was at WC last week and those who saw him said he is a tough guy but horribly limited.

                  so yeah

MMA gloves are 4oz but you don't take a tenth of the shots you do in boxing. There's a lot of clinching, knees, elbows, kicks, wrestling..etc...

He wouldn't last long with that defense in a pro boxing match against a world class fighter.
