Maidana beat Ortiz as a BOY, and Ortiz still punished him like no one has and no one ever will. I doubt Maidana can handle the fire power of Ortiz as a MAN at 147. He will have Maidana against the ropes as soon as he feels the Cleto Reyes leather on his face. My goodness Ortiz just needs to bomb Maidana's face and pound on his body, and the fight will be over by round 2.

Sure Ortiz had a great performance against Berto, but Maidana also had a great performance against Ortiz, both guys won fair and square, whether their opponents were having off-nights or not . . .

Ortiz is still butt hurt by what Maidana did to him. He has to talk trash about him because of all the criticism that he got after that fight. He ain't getting a Pacquiao or Mayweather fight next so the next biggest money fight would be against Maidana but I think thats the last thing he wants.

After you quit and think your becoming permantly ******ed, the last thing you want to do is a rematch.

Ortiz is becoming very delusional. I like the guy but c'mon man. Have some humility. Maidana is the best fight out there for him as far as a big money fight that seems pretty winnable at 147. The guy beat Ortiz fair and square and as far as I know, hasn't bragged about it obnoxiously. Why all the hate? Don't "Mayweather" Maidana.
