How does Ortiz have a better resume at WW if he (by your 'logic') never fought at WW and has a meaningless paper title because of a catchweight?
Take your time now.
And Ortiz needs to slow his role. Beating a glass-jawed cabbie-killer doesn't give you the power to call ****. If Manny took him out ala Diaz, which is exactly what would happen, we'd all be hearing a lot about how Vic was coming off a loss to Maidana and a draw to Peterson and only beat a green, unproven Berto for a paper title at a history-cheating catchweight.
But for now he has an ATG WW resume. Gotta love boxingscene

Boxing is not just Pac alone wanting to fight the best out there... it involves business, money and Mafia maybe... thus, no matter how Pac wants to fight the best, you still have the business side of boxing and Arum as well!!Just what I have said, I would like Pac to fight 1: Floyd 2: and All the legit WW n JWW but it all depends on ARUM as the money maker u know... case closed!!!

This is what this dude is proud of. And he is bashing Pacquiao?? This guy should commit suicide. And the last time I checked, PBF is demanding $100 million for a Pac fight. That doesn't sound to me like he is interested in beating Pac's punk a$$. It didn't matter what sorts of things he is called, ie, coward, pu$$y, chicken, etc. Pac should have called his bluffs from the very beginning. I'm very sure PBF would have weaseled out of the fight, anyway, by pretending he hurt his knee or something by the way he's been acting for several months now.
But keep on denigrating Pac and his opponents, then ask for tests totallly contradicting your ****** logic. Case close.
All this Floyd is scared to fight is bull**** consider Pac walked away when the fight was damn near a reality. Go sell that **** to someone else about Pac wanting to fight because it ain't true. Tell Pac to walk his baby nuts up to Bob Arum and tell him that I don't care if you hate Floyd or Golden Boy because I want the fight. Arum has made deals to make fights in a matter of hours if not less and you are trying to tell me that he can't make this one happen? 100Mil is a ridiculous price and if you show me where Floyd said it "himself" then I will **** on him too. Boxing has had some great fights and upsets and none of them have included Manny or Floyd so whatever with them.Last edited by GRUSTLER; 04-24-2011, 01:33 PM.

Schaefer believes that Arum's position of leaving it up to the commission is him "moving the goal post."
"The pressure is on Pacquiao," he said. "They keep moving the goal post like they did with the $10 million weight penalty [if either fighter is over the contract maximum 147 pounds], which we agreed to. They didn't think we would accept that. When we did, they had to find something else to make into a problem. So now they're saying it's up to the commission instead of wanting to negotiate the drug testing with us. I don't want to hear that if the fight breaks up it was because of us. When they came to us with a $10 million weight penalty, they didn't expect us to say yes. They thought we'd say no. So when we said yes, they had to come up with something else. Now we're off USADA, and they are going to come and say only urine testing if that's what the commission says. It's really frustrating.
"We are making compromises. It's a two-way street. If they back off again, I will shut off my phone and spend the rest of the Christmas and New Year's time with my family, and good luck to all of these fools."
While Arum is making plans for an alternative fight for Pacquiao against former junior welterweight titlist Paulie Malignaggi -- who has also accused Pacquiao of using PEDs -- if the Mayweather fight falls apart, Schaefer said he hasn't discussed an alternative with Mayweather.
"We haven't discussed anybody else because the fight we want to bring to the fight fans is the one with Pacquiao," he said. "The focus is on getting Mayweather-Pacquiao done while Bob is making calls everywhere on the Malignaggi fight. That shows his focus is not on Mayweather.
