How does Ortiz have a better resume at WW if he (by your 'logic') never fought at WW and has a meaningless paper title because of a catchweight?

      Take your time now.

And Ortiz needs to slow his role. Beating a glass-jawed cabbie-killer doesn't give you the power to call ****. If Manny took him out ala Diaz, which is exactly what would happen, we'd all be hearing a lot about how Vic was coming off a loss to Maidana and a draw to Peterson and only beat a green, unproven Berto for a paper title at a history-cheating catchweight.

But for now he has an ATG WW resume. Gotta love boxingscene
Damn nobody ever answered you,I guess they just want to believe ortiz has a better resume at 147lb without ever having fought there..

No No No..... Don't try it! We were talking about giving Ortiz a shot at Pac and Floyd then YOU guys went on about how Ortiz is not that good and shouldn't fight Pac or Floyd and me and Lead and some others were giving reasons why he should fight them. Don't try to flip it fam. We were all talking about Ortiz until some of the Pac fans (Not All) came in and got offended that we said Ortiz can hang with Pac. That's exactly how it went down. For the record. Pac has been bashing himself for a while now.

j, are you trying to tell me how much of a business the sport of boxing is? That is my whole angle on here when I post but nobody seems to be getting it. The business is the back bone of the sport and that's why the Pac/Floyd fight didn't happen. 90% business 10% talent. Arum didn't want it and I already posted two links with quotes including pictures stating that Arum wanted Floyd either "rusty" or didn't care about making the fight. You are preaching to the choir. E for effort regarding ducking my posts though. ATLEAST FINALLY you acknowledge that Bob Arum controls Pac's career and not Pac himself. Why should I be a fan of a fighter who can't even call his own shots? If Manny wanted, alot of fights would have happened but he doesn't along with Bob.

Same hero who had to accuse someone of cheating and demand the strictest test ever demanded of a boxer who he and his crackhead dad and uncle refers to as amateurish, fought inferior opponents, much like what this dude fanatic says. This is what this dude is proud of. And he is bashing Pacquiao?? This guy should commit suicide. And the last time I checked, PBF is demanding $100 million for a Pac fight. That doesn't sound to me like he is interested in beating Pac's punk a$$. It didn't matter what sorts of things he is called, ie, coward, pu$$y, chicken, etc. Pac should have called his bluffs from the very beginning. I'm very sure PBF would have weaseled out of the fight, anyway, by pretending he hurt his knee or something by the way he's been acting for several months now.

But keep on denigrating Pac and his opponents, then ask for tests totallly contradicting your ****** logic. Case close.
Listen and maybe you will hear me. I didn't even mention Floyd. I was talking about Ortiz fighting Pac. Pac fans mentions Floyd ALL THE TIME. Floyd is not even on my top fighters list until he comes back. I'm over it. I see that you through in Martinez as someone Floyd should fight but the great Manny Pacquiao said he was too small to fight Martinez, then retreated back to 147. Atleast he had the courtesy to give back the vacant Sergio Martinez title he won at a catchweight against and unranked fighter and now tries to put on his list that he won at 154. Pac is a fraud. You call the match against Clottey a fight? Ok, whatever suits you. Margarito/Cotto? Floyd would have fought them but Arum dropped the ball. Should I post that link and article as well? Pac was the real chicken for second guessing the tests demands and walking away when they had Floyd at the table. On top of that. You expect me to believe that Pac wants to take the tests and fight but the lawsuit is still on and poppin? B.S. I bet someone says, "it's different from the court and negotiations" no it's not because if Pac is ready for it then he should drop the lawsuit and do it forreal. Why would I fight a person that is suing me in court? You don't sue people you want to get money with. Maybe that works in your world but not the real one.

All this Floyd is scared to fight is bull**** consider Pac walked away when the fight was damn near a reality. Go sell that **** to someone else about Pac wanting to fight because it ain't true. Tell Pac to walk his baby nuts up to Bob Arum and tell him that I don't care if you hate Floyd or Golden Boy because I want the fight. Arum has made deals to make fights in a matter of hours if not less and you are trying to tell me that he can't make this one happen? 100Mil is a ridiculous price and if you show me where Floyd said it "himself" then I will **** on him too. Boxing has had some great fights and upsets and none of them have included Manny or Floyd so whatever with them.

Yo.... You are telling me to stop living in the past but you keep bringing up what Pac agreed to? Pac ain't agree to nothing because the fight ain't happening and the lawsuit is still on. Maybe if Manny dropped it, then some of the heat of him being a cheat would wear off. Everytime Pac has a fight they talk about Floyd and say he is our number one priority and then as soon as Pac is finished with the fight. They have another one lined up for him and it ain't Floyd. How does everyone know that Floyd doesn't want to fight Pac when Pac didn't want to fight him? The reason why I keep bringing the past up is because it is not true that Floyd din't want to fight. It's easy for Manny to say he has agreed during his current fight but all it is, is talk. I also remember Manny telling Amir Khan that he is not mentally ready to take the tests Floyd want, so which one should I believe? Floyd is made out to be the bad guy because Arum manipulated the media and made it that way. The whole Top Rank clock was waaaay over the top. He had to shift blame to Floyd to make Pac look good because it looked bad for Pac to walk away from the biggest fight over random blood tests. You are trying to tell me about business but what Arum did is called PR and marketing. I was taught by some of the best regarding that, so I know about it. Talking about Pac wanted to fight? Well.... lets asked Richard Schaefer what really happened......

Schaefer believes that Arum's position of leaving it up to the commission is him "moving the goal post."

"The pressure is on Pacquiao," he said. "They keep moving the goal post like they did with the $10 million weight penalty [if either fighter is over the contract maximum 147 pounds], which we agreed to. They didn't think we would accept that. When we did, they had to find something else to make into a problem. So now they're saying it's up to the commission instead of wanting to negotiate the drug testing with us. I don't want to hear that if the fight breaks up it was because of us. When they came to us with a $10 million weight penalty, they didn't expect us to say yes. They thought we'd say no. So when we said yes, they had to come up with something else. Now we're off USADA, and they are going to come and say only urine testing if that's what the commission says. It's really frustrating.

"We are making compromises. It's a two-way street. If they back off again, I will shut off my phone and spend the rest of the Christmas and New Year's time with my family, and good luck to all of these fools."

While Arum is making plans for an alternative fight for Pacquiao against former junior welterweight titlist Paulie Malignaggi -- who has also accused Pacquiao of using PEDs -- if the Mayweather fight falls apart, Schaefer said he hasn't discussed an alternative with Mayweather.

"We haven't discussed anybody else because the fight we want to bring to the fight fans is the one with Pacquiao," he said. "The focus is on getting Mayweather-Pacquiao done while Bob is making calls everywhere on the Malignaggi fight. That shows his focus is not on Mayweather.

So now tell me about my agenda and how much I hate Pac when I'm just stating the obvious. If Pac Fans (some not all) would have let us debate about Ortiz facing Pac and Floyd then maybe we wouldn't have had to go here but anything said about Pac that is not approved by his fans then Floyd name comes up. Insults are flung everywhere and knowledable guys become unintelligent? Everything I say about Pac, has been said prior by the professionals in the business. Hate and get mad at them not me.
