Arum and De La Hoya need to make amends. There are too many big fights out there for Arum to keep all his top fighters fighting other top rank fighters. It's one thing for mayweather vs pac not to happen, but if we can't even get fights like ortiz vs pac, then boxing will take a big hit.

Man, Arum and ODLH are something else. Arum saying Ortiz isn't really mexican and can't speak spanish. That's interesting considering Victors trainer was speaking in spanish to him in the corner during the Berto fight. Funny how he likes to downplay **** like this (who is Arum to say how 'Mexican' Ortiz is??!? WTF?), yet we all know Arum would be suddenly praising Ortiz's marketablility if he were to jump ship to TR (like how his tune changed about JMM when he was considering leaving GBP).

And Oscar... I love the way he chose to be in the U.K. with Khan, instead of being there for Ortiz in the biggest and most important fight of his career. Something tells me Oscar didn't have much confidence in Ortiz pulling out a win over Berto, especially when he chose to be with Khan half way across the world - at what everyone, including himself, considered to be a tune-up/stay busy fight at best - instead of showing his support to his fighter he says he can relate to the struggles he was going through.

It's funny *******s say Pac will win. Why not just accept the challenge? Ortiz is challenging him and now his promoter is also. This was always my point about Team Roid, they don't wanna fight Marquez, Ortiz, Martinez, and didn't wanna fight Berto, Bradley or even Shane until he loss so what in hell makes anyone think they really wanted to fight Floyd? You are clearly seeing why the PBF/Pac fight never came off.

What about Pac fighting one of those other European fighters like Senchenko, Zaveck & M'baye? If Arum and ODLH keep playing their games why not another European fighter or do you think it will turn out like Hatton all over again?

To correct Bob Arum's quote in the article- Victor does speak Spanish. Anyone who watched the fight probably noticed Danny Garcia was giving Victor instructions primarily in Spanish.

Torrecampo, Singsurat, Morales and Marquez beat Pacquiao without OST. I repeat without OST! but Floyd desperately needed those OST to beat Pac and forced smaller men like Hatton and Marquez to move up in his division 147 just to have all those advantages and leave no stones unturned. LOL!

NOBODY has beaten Pacquiao SINCE he became a 2 handed fighter, I expect no one will, especially any of the so called lions like Bradley, Alexander, Rios, etc etc etc. And as far as Mayweather is concerned, I hear he is going to start boxing in a women's boxing division or Gay Powderpuff welterweights! I would be happy not to see that coward's name in print ever again.

To ME, it seems as if the writer, Morales acts like a Golden Balls PR guy. Does he work for Oscar? He was very laudatory towards EVERYTHING connects with Oscar and Golden Balls, and barely kept within the bounds of minimum accuracy.

One thing- He was VERY wrong about the Oscar Trinidad fight, as Golden Ballers ALWAYS are. Oscar didn't run for the last 3 rounds, he ran for the last 5 rounds. This was due to a huge body shot he got in the 5th, and the effects were clearly seen at the time. Trinidad or his corner must have noticed it and, as Trinidad said in his after=fight interview, by the 6th rd we changed our tactics, got closer, and ....we won the fight.

An interesting support for this is that ALL 3 judges had Trinidad winning ALL last 5 rounds, except ONE judge who gave the 8th to Oscar.

Oscar later tried to blame his corner that they told him to "box", but I'm damned sure they didn't tell him to run. Oscar nearly "lapped" Trinidad more than once. His desperation running was very like the 3rd rd of the Hearns-Hagler fight when Tommy, badly hurt, was trying to run away from Hagler.

Sorry Oscar, the truth is the truth, and facts are facts. And as Trinidad said, "we won the fight". He offered Oscar a return which Oscar declined, never wanted, except maybe for PR reasons.

By the way, I wonder how does Oscar's back "go out"??. This used to be used as an excuse for "a slipped" disc, until it was shown conclusively, what medical people knew all the time, that discs just DO NOT SLIP. It is impossible.

Chiropractors are worse than useless, since they just take your money, sell you a 12 lesson course of "treatments" as well as expensive XRays, and what they do is just like you yourself "cracking your knuckles". Spines can't be moved, or discs "put back in place'....they are surrounded immoveably by the strongest muscles in the body.

The very first damned post has to contain an ignorant lie. Arum said he was American born, didn't speak Spanish, and although with a Mexican last name did not relate to the Mexicans (the way a Mexican born would).

So stick to the truth....if you can.
