He just won his first title last week dude, he beat a decent fighter but c'mon, he is still a young fighter, he needs more experience if he wants to ride with the 2 big names...

He needs at least some fights against guys like Bradley and Kahn before...
WHY NOT A REMATCH AGAINST THE GUY HE LOST AND QUITED???

That's the problem with boxing now, a fighter wins a fight he's the P4P real deal (pavlik after he koed Taylor, Ortiz now) and if he loses a fight he's a damn bum (pavlik vs Hopkins, Ortiz vs Maidana)....

I can see him getting the Mayweather fight but not Manny--GBP fighters are not allowed to fight Top Rank fighters anymore

We know maynever is not gona fight 'he's taking a couple of years off' so he might as well retire...Vic put on a show the other day he showed what heart he has with speed and great power he carried through 147 and he will give anyone a very good fight cuz he has great power very heavily built and have firefight with pAC but I see himgetting KO'd cu to me he is still youn..too young

ortiz gets on win and his stock goes up this far. floyd and manny would beat him no problem at all. if ortiz want's a strong career he'd cherry pick his fights from now on.
