    Now, after looking at some str8 up facts and a snapshot of their career highlights and losses, how would you rate JMM, Erik & MAB?

    I still can’t decide, I’d probably rate them all equally. However, it’s hard to ignore how Juan Manuel Marquez is still going strong. He’s the oldest of the three and still considered a Top 10 P4P fighter. Right now, he’s tops the other two. But when you look at their entire careers, I say they’re all equally great.

        That's a good way to look at it.

          Id put Marquez on top because of his dominance of the LW division. But i'd love to see those guys fight each other again before they retire.

            Marquez's career is not close to Morales and Barrera. He's still going strong because he wasn't fighting the wars Morales and Barrera were as early as they were.

              Alot of names you listed for either fighter were not ranked in the Top 5 of their respective division when they fought them. But you did pick up on all of the ones that actually were.

              IMO its;

              1. Morales
              2. Barrera
              3. Marquez

              Morales and Barrera are significantly greater than Marquez.

                It should be noted that blood was pouring into Barrera's left eye from a gash caused by a headbutt in the middle of round 1 against Khan.

                  IMO Morales should be a 4 division champ.

                  So for me it goes like this…

                  1. Erik Morales
                  1. MAB
                  3. JMM

                    3 great fighters Mexicans should be very proud of.
                    They really are all winners equally. I'm probably a bigger Morales fan, then Barrera then JMM...but in saying that I rate JMM highly. 3 great Amigos!
