Basically Peterson agreed to everything, but didn't agree on the split if a rematch were to take to place. I'm not sure what the problem is.

Peterson needs to stop saying 'you know' after each sentence. It looks even more ridiculous in writing.

the problem is peterson should be able to make more money in the 2nd bout then in the 1st. lets say peterson beat khan. he as the champ should be respected enough to at least make more money then he did coming in previously as the challenger. it's disgraceful & it just shows a lack of respect for these fighters who aren't the stars of the sport.......

I am glad that peterson stood up. guys like peterson are walked over & messed about while the khans of the world are fully fed.......

Can the "lowball" talk end now?

              Cheers
What are you talking about??So Peterson was suppose to take the short end of the stick even if he won??Sounds dumb to except this deal imo..Khan's handlers knew what time it was and that Khan could lose this fight..They sound scared if ya ask me..

Do you think Bradley had a rematch clause in his contract with Peterson??

300k is more than what Morales made against Maidana..and on top of that Lamont had an opportunity to fight for the WBA belt, even though with a rematch clause, so what? It's a career high anyway, now he gotta fight for 100k against Cayo, good luck

for a guy that pr0bably makes 50K a fight, he turned down 300k which could have been 600k and a world title.
he bottled it and didnt like his chances, no doubt
