There is a commission. When it comes to weight fees, Pacquiao finds them irrelevant. When it comes to drug testing, they are the only authority that matters to him.
But, but, but, but, but, but....

Creating my own reasons while one cannot see it's relevance isn't the fault of the issuer of statement. It is your fault for misunderstanding it, sire.

I said "THERE SHOULD BE A COMMISSION who..." what can't you understand that? THat is why we need to have a strong commission.
Again it can be any colors or flavors you want aside from RED.

        LOL @ this.

        "There should be a commission!"

No ****. It's called the NSAC. When it comes to drug testing, all hail them. When it's not, they are irrelevant.

Jan 2010 - Manny rejects 14 days that Floyd offered him in the mediation. He still wanted 24 days.

Feb 2010 - Floyd moves off the 14 days that Manny rejected and says no cut off if he wants to fight.

May or June 2010 - Manny agrees to 14 days that doesn't even exist anymore.

Above is the TRUTH, stop lying and making up stuff, you know who you are. And I have the links on stand by.
Do you also want to list Mayweather's REFUSALS to the offers? hahaha...

An offer is not an imposition...again, one can always propose an "offer" doesn't mean it can be agreed upon. And the refusal to either respond or agree isn't a determination of guilt or admission of it either.

You fail to understand how personal this negotiation is.. It all comes down to personal desires of 2 individuals... This ain't k-mart where it goes one way when they set the deal for everyone for a certain time. The same offer that was rejected was "desired" by floyd at one point. Being a negotiation of personal desires it is easy to try to better your hand and push your luck in getting your way giving into the thought that floyd is a fighter that wanted this fight and that it would not be taken of the table because of Floyd's "desire" to fight. I figured personally Floyd just wanted to cut to it. I was wrong he did take it off the table.. Manny did better than though even releasing a video stating agreeing to everything.

DO YOU HAVE PROBABLE CAUSE AND GROUNDS TO MAKE TESTING AND INQUIRIES READILY?

No. It's because you have to go through preliminary hearings to make a case first and foremost and have to be validated inorder for an authoritative body (such as the court) to order a testing or a trial.

Mayweather's accusation is nothing unless he brings it to a court...he cannot impose nor make any IMPOSITION - neither can he enact nor enforce it.
Sports are filled with PED cheaters...Manny should want to PROVE he's clean..

Floyd isn't the only one that thinks he's a juicer...a lot of fighters think he's dirty.

He's ACTING like a dirty cheater.

please tell me how your post makes any sense? why does floyd need to CHEAT JMM in weight?

please tell me why and make it good b/c its a dumb reasoning

Cheating is deliberately breaking the rules to gain advantage , Pac does it nearly every fight and if he is on PEDS he does it every fight ,

                    Pacs documented cheating record

                    On his wife

On his fans = PEDS , CW titles , Ducking Mosley blatantly when dangerous and fighting him when old and washed up , Ducking WC Foreman for 154 title and fighting a over the hill cheat at 150 for a 154 title , Ducking Mayweather .

On his opponents = PEDS ,CWs ,Monster 26ft Ring , Gloves size .
