mayweather agreed to 144 with marquez and failed to make it. so since he agreed to a weight(regardless of what the weight is), and then failed to make it, a demand on making weight is reasonable.
if you cant get that then theres something wrong with you.

Until now you still wonder why if something is wrong with all these people?

Were Manny and Mayweather's fight negotiations for a 144lbs catch-weight?
I really don't know why. Nothing has suggested he will come in over 147 and it's pretty clear he will weigh in under 147.
But whatever, just accept the demands. Why not? Floyd has nothing to lose with those demands so just accept them.
Who the hell wouldn't accept demands when they clearly have nothing to lose? Oh wait..
Spot on post here.
And to add to your thread Burner, Manny has a HISTORY of putting his own weight penalties on guys that have NEVER missed weight. And its hilarious because the commission already fines fighters for that, but Manny goes above and beyond the commission (sound familiar) and puts his OWN weight penalties on fighters.
Here are two examples of guys that have NEVER missed weight and yet Manny put his own weight penalties on them. Erik Morales and Miguel Cotto. Why? They've never missed weight so why put your own penalties on them? Why not let the commission do their job? Sound familiar? I would love for someone to answer how it is that Manny can go above the commission when it suits him but when after fighter tries to do it, "they have no precedence to do it". That's very hypocritical.
