i dont see the big deal, it only takes effect IF he breaks the rules, it should'nt bother him if he doesn't
floyd could ask the same thing, i doubt pacquiao would care

And to add to your thread Burner, Manny has a HISTORY of putting his own weight penalties on guys that have NEVER missed weight. And its hilarious because the commission already fines fighters for that, but Manny goes above and beyond the commission (sound familiar) and puts his OWN weight penalties on fighters.
Here are two examples of guys that have NEVER missed weight and yet Manny put his own weight penalties on them. Erik Morales and Miguel Cotto. Why? They've never missed weight so why put your own penalties on them? Why not let the commission do their job? Sound familiar? I would love for someone to answer how it is that Manny can go above the commission when it suits him but when after fighter tries to do it, "they have no precedence to do it". That's very hypocritical.
Excellent post bro.

OST, is alot of work, money and mental if you believe in the mind games
pacquiao should take the tests but the way people talk about him fighting bums and any counter puncher will kick the sht outta him im wondering how come you lot become so hypocritical when it comes to floyd, somehow now it isn't fair, floyd's suppossed to be better than marquez right? so what's the deal?
