Because he came in overweight for the Marquez fight and was imposed what.....like 300K per pound? This fight will gross far more than what the JMM fight did so the penalties are higher.

It was just people have different belief. Even you are mentally prepared or tough there is something that can distract your mind. I think 10M is not a big deal for Floyd since if the fight is done at 147lbs he can make it compare to blood test. Actually there is so many argument surround this. Manny accepted the test but consider a cut off not that he won't accept the test at all. He believes extracting blood from him near the day of the fight make him weak. It maybe not weaken his body physically but his mind. Its the "thinking". I know a person personally. He is a tough guy. I know for a fact if we fight he can beat me easily but this guy lose to a single ****roach because of his believe ****roach has something that he can't bear but I can beat ****roach easily. Unfortunately for Manny, Floyd found something that can distract Manny and Manny has to overcome it. All of you guys wait until May 7 after fight interview.

In all fairness Pac agreed to the tests. 24, 14,. 7, and he has been quoted as stating 0 days. This is a negotiation and it seems like Floyd is turning it into a game.. "{14 days on, now its off". If you want to fight, then fight.... I don't know what you guys are talking about that he is not willing to take the tests... He has compromised more and more to get this fight done.
