If Cotto couldn't keep Margarito off him after constantly connecting, how can floyd?

Margarito would laugh at Mayweathers lead look and lead right. They would do absolutely nothing to slow Marg down. And Margarito is too strong for Floyd to clinch him. That would just tire Floyd out even faster.

The only way to beat Margarito is to bring the fight to him and put him on the defensive. (Pwill, Mosley, Pac.)

he's a professional fighter and a certified badass. i know amateur fighters and dudes off the street that are scared of no one. i never said floyd was scared of fighting someone. he is scared of losing his rep and catching an l though.

When did Cotto become some kind of standard in regard to boxing abilities? He is a good fighter and an alright boxer but he certainly is not great and certainly not on Floyd level when it comes to boxing class.

Those were some monster shots margarito ate like nothing- half the power of anything floyd has ever landed.

And let's say for a second floyd has an incredible workrate, which he doesn't. He still wouldn't be able to hurt Margarito enough to slow him down.

Sure he's got his legs, but marg is a master at closing space, and even if he runs track for 6 rounds, marg is eventually gonna walk him down.

Or he'd be boo'd so much for running(because he'll have to run the entire 3 minutes of every round to be safe) that he'd be forced to fight, or everybody loses respect.

He did a good enough job keeping his daddy Mosley off him. If he can keep Mosley who is a much better boxer off then I don't see any reason why marg would be more successful. Marg is doesn't have Shane's hand speed or ring generalship to box with Floyd. Marg would only have a punchers chance.

You only go 100% on resumes to compare fighters you never seen, or can't get a full picture of.everybody has a bad night- you can't always go by whats on paper.

When you have videos of someone fighting, and being in real fights, you don't need to rely on their resume to see what kind of a fighter he is because you have the actual proof r in front of your face.

I bet judah and forrest etc saw the same thing I see in Margarito.

just like floyd, who has never seen the kind of pressure margarito will bring.

Maybe I'm wrong, in my mind, I just dont see floyd beating marg, or beating him easy
