Martinez ducked his last 2 mandatorys so I don't know who hes fighting in Sept but I know for damn sure it won't be his #1 mandatory who earned the right to fight for the title.

I also know he wont give Pwill a rubber match even though he is 1-1 against Pwill and I also know he wont rematch Margarito who KTFO outta Martinez and Pacquiao beat the **** outta Margarito.

"Martinez will take part in several functions to speak out against violence and domestic abuse. "

Great maybe Mayweather will be in attendance and hopefully this black bastard learns something when it comes to domestic abuse....

Bute has signed a contract with Showtime and Maravilla has said he'll only fight on HBO. B-Hop, at 170, just makes sense to me. Its a big named opponent that will create splash and keep Maravilla's name buzzing. Plus, I think he beats the old guy.
Might be too much weight for him to carry.

it's because sampson lewkowicz has a verbal agreement with bob arum that martinez will fight cotto in september.

since nobody wants to fight martinez he'll have to wait until sept for cotto

Tell me, is any fighter at their best shape midway through training camp? Not only is he cutting down on body fat but he's also building up muscle in the process.

Now if he comes into the weigh in just as he is right now at 151-153, how many pounds would he rehydrate?

In his last couple fights, he's entered the ring at or around 170. That's all he'd need to beat the legend. B-Hop can't keep up with Maravilla's workrate at this point in his career.

                      This is true...

So Cotto basically has to take care of business against Margarito and Cotto-Martinez takes place as planned. Too bad Sergio has absolutely no bargaining chips (besides maybe his championship, if Cotto goes after it) and will get the very short end of the negotiating stick.

But who cares about all that? Make that **** happen
