That sucks, why not just fight pirog now and wait for cotto? Martinez would **** him up and it would be a real middle weight this time so the haters would have to suck it. Now isn't the time to sit around waiting for something to fall in ur lap.

All this goofy **** about pac martinez is a joke. What did pac weigh when he fought margo, 144? Now we want him to fight sergio who came into his last fight at 170 plus?!? I hate to **** on a wonderful fantasy with some harsh reality, but manny didn't even belong at 150 and it showed. Can't hold it against martinez though, dudes just trying to get paid, he has sure as **** paid his dues. Its just not realistic.

a more fairer fight in regards to size and weight would be for martinez to fight either a super midleweight or a light heavy weight than it is to fight pac...

Martinez should Just fight Cintron in the mean time and try and Avenge that Draw. I don't see anything wrong with that besides the fact that he won't get paid much.

Jcc Jr is fighting Zbik for his title, while he can't find an opponent. Such is boxing. Smh.

sergio doesn't want showtime moey either, so they have to wait for mother HBO's teet.

                it has come to this.

realistically, IF Pac and Martinez would ever fight for a 154 title, Manny would most likely come in at 148, while martinez would very likely come in at 167 or even 170 - a 19 to 21 lb. weight difference,

this doesn't even factor the height/reach advantage Martinez would have over Manny.

and people here hate on Manny FOR NOT TAKING THIS FIGHT?!?!?!

Martinez is a great champion. unfortunately for him, his fans are getting worse than the most rabid "*******".

Sergio is easily an elite class boxer, in the level of Pac and Floyd.

                  BUT.

his popularity or exposure to the general public is nowhere near Pac or Floyd's league.

UNFORTUNATELY for Martinez though, his handlers are treating his career as if he's as popular as either Pac or Floyd.

And as long as his handlers continue with this kind of mindset, Martinez will NEVER get the recognition he deserves.
