From what I remember reading about the negos for that fight GBP offered 55/45 and Berto held still at 50/50..Now this is a while back but I think I remember reading that on BTalk I could be wrong tho..

I dont remember seein that. I remember the deal went bad because Berto said 50/50 since you lost Floyd. And Shane said nope. I want the same deal as before, or no fight. I do hope that Berto/Mosley can get made after the Pac fight. But what happens if Berto beats Ortiz handily, and Shane gets drugged for another 12 rounds? What do we do in the negos for that there?

What does Mosley losing or being out classed by Mayweather(viewed as one of the best fighters in the sport)have to do with Berto asking for 50/50??When he has never fought on a PPV and is not a draw??Mayweather KO Hatton did you hear Paulie ask for 50/50??Paulie was not a draw and Hatton has the better name..Ya dig Berto should have took the risk beacause the reward would have been a future HOF on his resume an would have made him that more legit..

Mosley doesnt have anything apart from being an old shot fighter so you cannot and i repeat cannot compare both Berto's situation to Paulie, Mosley's stock went spiralling downwards after he lost to Mayweather so yeah Berto has every right to ask him for 50/50, Berto would have got zero credit from me for beating an old and shot Mosley.

TBH if I had it my way,win lose or draw this would be Mosley last fight..He should not continue to take punishment,he is a HOF a ring great(imo)and its time..

But if that don't happen and Berto beats Ortiz and Mosley loses(no matter how he loses)I would advice Mosley to stay away from Berto he missed the bus..I would find Mosley some can to fight and go out on a good note with..Berto does not deserve to fight Mosley at this point..He should fight Jone Abregu the IBF Champ(always forget how to spell his name)..Mosley Pac should be Mosley last dangerous fight IMHO..

But I'm gonna do reserch on that nego cause I thought I remember hearing richard saying Berto would not bend on the 50/50 deal..If I find ill let ya see if not my mistake..
