I don't think Berto ducked Mosley. The fight not happening was out of his hands. And I seem to recall him calling for that fight months before they began negotiating. Calling and calling. In every interview. Not sure that was a duck. Berto will face the music soon enough and then we'll see if he sinks or swim. Him not fighting better opponents on the way up may hurt him when he does, who knows? But given the fact that he signed to fight Mosley, sought after Cotto and was on the short list of opponents for Pacquiao, I find it hard to question his want.
