If the injury hadn't of come from a punch, would any of you feel any differently?

Solis and Oner are all class: Oner throwing punches at women backstage at the fight and now Solis with this drivel.

Big talk from Fat Boy who couldn't even last one round with Vitali.

'nuff said. It was like man against boy..even after the fight when he went over to give Vitali a pound...you could see the embarassment in his eyes.

If it wasn't from the punch..then his weight issues would be to blame for him being off balance but would still give credit to Vitali for making him miss that badly so he'd get out of position to throw off his balance. IN THIS REGARD.. most of the people in here fail to realize that Vitali's defense was the SOLE reason for him being off balance. Vitali was there on defense & on offense. Most everyone fails tto credit Vitali's D & if they did..there would be NO controversy as to Vitali's MAJOR part in that knockout... I'd venture to say it was 85% Vitali's fault & the rest of it was Solis' ineptitude...failing to HIT Vitali & then failing to protect himself afterwards. Funny thing is Solis' thought he was fast enough to catch him on that sequence & return to safety after.. He missed badly on his lunge & then couldn't get his glove positioned in time with that high guard defense of his to block the shot in time..Vitali was just a split second faster getting to that vulnerable spot in his head..

This IS exactly WHAT happened...so let's cut all the bull**** out.
Solis' injury is an out for him & actually a savior for him because he can use that card over & over again.. Dude knows what happened & if he REALLY had balls would juast admit he got caught.. peeps would respect him more.. Honesty is always the best policy when you're trying to convince someone of your worth.

I'm Not BUYING the fact & excuse why Solis refused to look at Vitali during every photo-op they had before the bout. Dude was intimidated.. i think he fought a little scared as well & was running on nervous energy. The last 30 seconds or so of the fight...you could tell when Vitali was backing him up he wasn't nearly as comfortable as earlier in the rd as he sensed Vitali was starting to figure out his movements.

Dude is in the hospital talking **** because his manager told him to & he needs to save face. There's no way i would imagine Solis would ever get in the ring with Vitali AGAIN.. as he's psychologically beat in a similar fashion to how Tyson was completely intimidated by Holyfield after there first encounter... END OF STORY!

Solis chin cant be that bad, it was a lucky punch, a phantom punch. In 20 fights something like this happens 1 time! Its a shamed it ended like that, it could have been a good competitive bout, something we havent seen in years with the Klitschkos and then something like this happens!! Im still angry about it and cant stand the hate towards Solis, this can happen to any fighter but hey thats boxing, we have to deal with it and hope Solis recovers well and comes back strong.
When a guy fighting him hasn't lost a fight for a long time and has the highest KO percentage of all time there's more than luck involved.

He landed the right on Solis then Solis tried to balance and hurt his knee, look at the replays and watch Solis legs. Anyone who's had a sports injury know how much you can hurt yourself from things like that - Fat or Not.

Don't look a the replays as a fan of Vitali or to try and prove me wrong. Just look at the replays and use common sense.

I know, I know common sense is not so common.

You should look at the replay again too. Ya he lost his balance because his left leg was gone. Watch the left uninjured leg when he gets hit. His weight is on his right leg that got injured. At that point his right leg is fine. Watch his left its moving oddly. When he retreats notice how he doesn't pull his left leg back correctly then falls. It's because his left is gone temporarily. He then grabs his right leg and his left leg is still acting funny notice how it lifts up and hits the ref as he comes in for the count. Use common sense yourself. If he hurt his right leg and his left leg was fine then why would he get up using his right injured leg? He did so because his left leg was gone from the punch.

Perfectly said, I've been saying this over and over again and these dimwits just don't seem to grasp it. Nice job.

Solis hurt his right leg when he almost did a split when the punch hurt him and he went down. Wow, a 250 pound man doing a split has to hurt and obviously the punch did not knock him out because he was up before the count of ten. So, TKO victory for Vitali and Solis can go back to being the fat and disgusting waste of talent that he was and always will be.
