I think if Gamboa and JuanMa are really gonna get it on next that Garcia should SERIOUSLY pursue a match with Chris John (Looks to me he's on that level), the winner of Jhonny Gonzalez/Hozumi Hasegawa (in 2 weeks) or JVBarros (then one can compare his performance next to Gamboa's)

I'm impressed by him, I think he's got the goods

Garcia is pretty big guy at featherweight 5'8, he will probably stop Caballero. If Litzau can beat Caballero, Garcia definitely can do it. I remember few years ago Caballero was knocked out by Jesus Rojas. That same guy was knocked out by Gamboa couple years ago.

IMO he looked as a very good up and comer, in no way he is ready for the elite of the division, (John, Gamboa, Juanma)

I read some things on here about people saying he could take a shot lol, he was getting hit by a guy that hit as hard as my 6 year old daughter, in all seriousness he looked pretty good, still needs more fights though... oh and he needs to add some flash or something, WAYY too boring....

Right now they beat him,but he is better technically than Lopez & Gamboa & in a year or 2 he'll be better than all 3.

Juanma and Gamboa stop him but i think he could possibly beat all the other guys at fw including Chris John who has been inactive.

he's a good technician, but i think he needs more seasoning- for example, when to try and take a guy out. letting fighters hang around too long can come back to get you a$$.

he's got heavy hands and throws nice combos. could have used a little more bodywork in that fight IMO, remillard was shelled up the whole time

He's impressed me with his patience, ring intelligence, skill and power.

Mikey Garcia is the complete package as a fighter.

                      he's very professional

that first knockdown of remillard was so pro.

i like that he keeps reserves of energy with the intention to use them later in the fight

reminds me of dawson, but he'll actually open up.

he did not stop punching intellegently and consistently until remillard was out of there.

i'd like to see him get another year under his belt
he looks to need the experience and confidence more than anhything else

anybody hear him complaining of body pain during the remillard fight?
i'd like to see what you guys think of that
it's not what you'd want to hear
but i could be wrong about what i heard
