    Your thoughts
I've been saying it since his fights with Clottey and even before his fight with Pacquiao...

Cotto would lose badly to Mayweather. People seem to overlook how many power punches Cotto eats in his fights. Against someone like Mayweather, he's just going to get tagged over and over with that quick straight right.

I don't know why people believe Cotto can win. He might have a chance, but it is very slim, and I believe that even at his best (in the utterly best scenario) he wins 4 rounds...that's it.

I am a huge Cotto fan, I'm Puerto Rican, and I am not a hater. Just callin' it like it is.

COTTO CANNOT WIN THIS FIGHT! I'd be willing to make my first money bet on it if it ever happens. I'm THAT confident.

I actually gave Cotto a better chance at beating Pacquiao than Mayweather because by brawling you give Cotto a chance to do his work. Against someone like Mayweather (who his known to hit extremely accurate and barely get hit), Cotto gets shut down, swollen up, and embarrassed.

          Excellent post.

Cotto's style is all wrong for Mayweather. Cotto simply gets hit too much. Floyd would pick him apart with ease, and possibly stop him. Heck, I really do believe Floyd could have stopped Mosley if had stepped on the gas more.

Floyd's to smart to get into a slugfest with Cotto, and if Cotto tries to push the pace, he'll get countered all night. He's just too open to be hit.
