Wow, you're a hateful individual. You need to surround yourself in the warm white light of Jesus Christ and Grandma.

I think Natas did a decent job of backing up an argument for Shane, you start to, and then turn into a name calling 3rd grader.

Opening statement = A-, everything that followed = Fail.

His "draw" (if you believe it was a draw) was at 154, doesn't effect his 147 ratings. His loss was to floyd.

Again, if you want to rank Jan Zaveck, Vyacheslav Senchenko, Rafal Jackiewicz and Mike Jones a head of Mosley at 147 then go a head.

As I already said, mosley isn't the best fight out there but he isn't the worst either. I didn't care for the fight, I wanted pac to fight JMM or Timothy Bradley

I try to tell people this but for some reason people don't get it (or choose not to)

People slam him for jumping up weight and not cleaning out divisions, but when he fights top 5 fighters in his weight class, it's considered cherry picking.

bottom line is that manny would do more for his legacy beating a young contender than trying to squeeze the last drop of blood from shot zombified corpses of hof fighters, just so he can have another hof'er on his resume
no one is saying mosley is going to do anything for pac's legacy, his legacy is already sealed man. This is for money.

What I'm saying is shane clearly deserves his #4 spot at 147. Take a look yourself:

You can't honestly say any of those guys deserve to be higher. And guys at 154 moving down to 147 is irrelevant if they aren't active at 147 to begin with, so that's kind of a silly comment.

the ww division is sadly, lacking quality fighters.

mosley is shot, he has a name and will bring dollars to the table, so he is the logical choice. And quite frankly, who else is there to fight, if his limit is 147..?

im by no means a fan of this fight, but its not like, there is much left to chose from.

not true, pwill was supposedly campaigning at 147 before the opportunity to fight sergio, when manny was looking for his next opponent. so yes it does have relevance when discussing the manny-shane fight.

                  i already know those rankings.

fighting a top 5 contender in your weight class is fine, but there's no blanket answer for every situation. this is one of those times when manny could have done a lot more by looking outside of 147 for the fight if he wasn't gonna fight floyd, pwill, or berto (who are seen as really the only threats for him at 147)

like you mentioned bradley would have been a good option.

this fight is only justifiable by greed, and i don't support that and won't support it with my ppv ducketts. it does nothing for me.....

the clottey fight was fine, now we know how manny fights at ww, and that no ww is competitive with him outside of floyd and possibly berto (for style reasons) out of the thin crop of ww fighters out there.

I agree and disagree with you on this

I agree that it could have been a lot better if they fought in 09.

However, I disagree with you on this being a b.s. fight, because Mosley is a highly ranked fighter at WW (Top 3 IMO).

It doesn't do squat for Manny's legacy.
