Let's not forget Mora didn't have a legit fight in two years when he fought Shane..

Cant say that Im bothered by the choice. I just find it peculiar that Fans of Manny continuously down play Mayweather/Mosley over age and big up Pac/Mosley over a year later. I rarely judge Pac unfairly but his fan base needsto be more consistent. But all in all he's as great as it gets for what he's accomplished.

wasn't that fight at 168 though? And mora was overweight fighting shane at 154, which shane never really did all that well at (except against vargas)?

So it kinda seemed to me mora was a bigger guy, fighting very defensive against mosley. Mora against Vera mora was fighting a bigger guy, or closer to his own same size.

Not trying to make excuses here, because I honestly don't know what to make from the mora-mosley fight. Either that shane simply looking old, or that was shane looking ugly against a bigger guy who was unwilling to engage. I still thought shane won though and I'm pretty sure most everyone else did too. Maybe a combination of both (old shane struggling with bigger/defensive guy).
