You gotta respect a fighter that comes to sacrifice his health and his looks , willing to get his face pushed in , leaving it all to his grade C skilled work rate and his grade A+ iron chin ,who just wont go down.
Jesus Christ what do these mexicans have in their chins. That makes them so fkn tough to finish.
They just dont care. They want that win at all cost. Even if it means being brain dead at middle age.
I respect Mexican fighters the most not because they are the most skilled , or because they are more manly or better man than the rest. But because 70% of these mother ****ers can take a savage beating and they r still coming forward with limited ability trying to take your head off. And they do it with such ease.
if you cant respect that then I dont know..
But as far as skilled goes , U.S.A takes it. Yes is the fighting business and we all want to see a good fight. but i rather watch a sweet scientist than a wild caveman with a steel chin. But thats just me.
Agreed, skills over ******ity any day. I also see things from a psychological perspective and hence, I am not quick to hand out "macho" awards based on superficial observations. I delve deeper into the psyche and the NEED that mexicans have to appear "strong" etc. What I find is that much of it is rooted in fear of rejection. This is what motivates them most. They channel this fear into what we see on the surface... A come forward fighter with a chip on his shoulder and much to prove.Comment

I find it funny that they are talking mad shit about me and calling me pathetic for something that's the truth. How is it when Borderpatrol makes threads talking shit about Mexicans in general, they are there with him talking ****?? They want to talk about IRONY.

As a Mexican I can honestly say USA.
Whenever anyone thinks of boxing they automatically think: "Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson, Joe Frazier, Sugar Ray Robinson, Sugar Ray Leonard, Roy Jones Jr, Thomas Hearns, Joe Lewis..etc.."
After that it would be Mexico, and then probably Puerto Rico/Britain. But the diversity in boxing is what makes it so great.
Personally, I respect anyone whose willing to step into the ring and fight like a man.Comment
