Remember that this fight fell through because Floyd is scared of Manny and so they accused him of taking PED's ...and demanding he take an OST to prove his innocence... and that Manny had agreed to all the OST demands the second attempt in order to get the fight started...but all Floyd could say was.." I'm on vacation..."

Floyd claims that this will be a one dimensional fight and that Manny does not have the SKILL to beat him...yet he is afraid to fight Manny which he claims is a sure win..

its OK though, we all NOW know who really wanted to fight from the get go and it didn't involve a court room.

atleast Pac is fighting period !! not on vacation...Manny is active fighting in the ring and in the courtroom...wheres Floyd ? slanging soda's called "cash in cola" .... and after the second attempt to negotiate the fight and Manny calling Floyd's bluff...we all know that Floyd wanted nothing to do with Manny...he was SCARED ****less when he saw Manny beat down Cotto...scared so bad..he had to go on " vacation "...

This whole thing is a joke. Instead of the boxing fans getting to see Floyd and Pac fight in the ring we get to see them in court.

There are some things that have been puzzling to me though. Why could Pac just say: " Hey, if you really think I'm on PED's then you really must be impressed with what I have been doing and since I'm not on them I'll take that as a compliment." or he could have said " I'll take whatever random no cutoff date bs blood test you've been nagging about and then I'm going to kick your coward ass all over the ring."

No. Instead Pac's people say let's go to court cuz you've insulted us. I mean WTF? The only other thing I want to know about is where does Paulie M. stand in all this. if it was truly and honestly about slander and morals then they would include everyone that has accused pac of peding or roiding and believe me the list is longer than floyd, sr, rog, oscar and shaefer
