LOL I have always found it to be one of the most ignorent things in the world when some knownothing boxing fan acts like taking down a full grown in shape athlete who has trained for years and years and years to stop taken downs is the easiest thing in the world.

MMA is more physically demanding fools. Grappling takes alot out of you, its impossible to grapple for 12 rounds dumbasses. MMA has a higher intensity, but Boxing fights are longer so idk.

lol im not even a MMA fan so dont think im biased.

For the ignorant Boxing and MMA fans.......

Combat Sports are the toughest and most physically demanding sport.....

MMA your body as a whole gets thrashed....

Boxing ****s your head up alot more than most other comabt sports because you get punched in it........

As far as training goes....... According to David Haye, James Toney, Ray Mercer, and a few other Boxers they say that MMA training is harder than Boxing..... I'll take their word for it over some insecure fan's opinion.....

Mauy Thai is the msot ruthless one........ I cna give you multiple examples but the main is you start in the Pros at age 16 and end at age 25-26.......When you hit age 30 and beyon they have to amputate your legs for alot fighters as well as repair them because you spend countless hours kick trees and hard objects to condition your shin bones so they can become hard.....

anyone who knows enough and watches the two sports a lot would tell u boxing is more long distance and mma is much more of a sprint.
MMA fights are either in a Cage or in a Ring....

Boxing is by far the most physically demanding, it's not even a contest and MMA fans love to use this point to justify the violence in MMA.

                  Why is boxing more demanding?

                  What is your argument?

The viloence in MMA? You mean the Violence that has never seen one person die in MMA?

And again explain how only using one fighting style is more demanding than using 4 diffrent styles at once?

#1 is brain trauma. That's nothing to be proud of but it is the reality of the situation.

Stamina and overall depth of talent plays a part also, but it's the brain trauma.
