Even if he wasn't my favorite fighter I'd still feel the same way. Arum does disrespect Miguel whether it is to force the rematch down his throat(despite Miguel being against it due to thinking he was cheating), the whole post conference thing, the propping up of Foreman in that fight, making Miguel fight Margarito in a pro Mexican atmosphere(first fight) despite Miguel being the big name, I can go on and on. Yeah, he got Miguel some big fights but he didn't do it in good tensions, he did it to propel another fighter to stardom. Arum doesn't like Miguel because he is the quiet type and he feels that he can't crossover to other fan bases. You can disagree with this but that's how I feel about Arums relationship with Miguel.

Either way it doesn't change the other things Arum has done to other fighters and the sport. I guess you guys like him because he has made Manny one of the biggest names in the world but that doesn't take away the fact that he has done so many other awful things.

At this point GBP is not the right move for Donaire. But I can understand the frustration from the husband and wife team. I don't understand why Arum won't let Nonito fight in the Pacman undercards saying, "too much ice cream is bad", or something to that effect. That's an unbelievably ****** move by the old man.

What other way to promote your elite fighters than fighting in the undercards in super fights like Pacman's. I thought that's the point -- use Pacquiao first, then go on solo after the fireworks has been introduced to the fans.

He should go to Golden Boy though, it is about that time for him~ and then 3 to 4 year later he will be back at Top Rank

That's because it's coming from the mouth of a person who thinks she knows what the **** she's talking about.

Typical story..Wife is yapping in his ear telling him he's the best and he should be priority #1 etc. etc.

Seriously, slap on another coat of silly putty on your face, and lay it on thick over that trap..Go shopping or something, but in the meantime STFU.

She's just trying to grab whatever spotlight she can..I'm sure when she opens the fridge door and the light comes on, ...she starts singing.

This is backwards thinking from Donaire and co. He's a "Main Event" attraction now. Why in the hell would he want to be an under card?

That would be second fiddle to Manny. Yeah, he may be seen by way more people if he fought on a Pac card, but isn't he trying to make 'His own mark"?

He'll get there if he continues exciting the crowd, but IMO i would not want to be be an under card fighter anymore.

It seems more like a jealous wife that needs more attention. Once you let pu**y mix with your biz,..forget about it!

                      Arum hates Miguel???
This one will not hold water. Miguel became a star with arum matching him up with some good names in boxing. To say he didn't do it in "tension" is stretching things too far. The fact is Cotto became star due to those match ups that was lined up for him by his promoter.

After the Marg fight, he was lined up with good names again (Clottey, Pac, Foreman) and is being line up again against his former tormentor Marg to avenge his defeat. The way I see it, those fights are responsible for his staying in the limelight as a star. I don't see promoter's hate anywhere here.
