dont know if its possible to talk sense on this site anymore, but ill give it a go.

firstly, i cant understand the pac fans, who attacks miss´donaire, she actually doesnt compare the fighters. She is simply saying, that she cant understand why, nonito didnt get some airtime and exposure, while being on manny´s undercard.

doesnt seem unreasonable to me, quite the opposite actually, it seems very logical.

arum said he is exercising his option for a 1 year extension.
but isn't it 2-way to get a contract done? donaire is not signing for extension.

As for nonito, he should be praised. Here is a fighter who say's he doesn't want to play second fiddle to anyone. He has arrived and wants the biggest and best fights. What's the problem? Plus top rank has the fighters, but when the hell do they fight each other? Juanma v. donaire, are you kidding? still waiting for gamboa v. juanma. At top rank's pace donaire would secure his next mega fight in 2014.

This is what they get for playing donaire like he's an annoying little fan. Save the business strategy nonsense, donaire wasn't on pac's ppv because of personal crap.

top rank may have not done their job with donaire, but leaving top rank i think is a big mistake. will gbp be able to pay him what top rank says will pay him against moreno? now that hes with gbp, can he now fight wilfredo vasquez?

expecting to treated like pacquiao is arrogant, how can he be treated like pacquiao if donaire has only achieved a tiny success compared to pacquiao. out do pacquiao first then complain!!! donaire can never be pacquiao is true, pacquiao can never be donaire is absolutely false. pacquiao has done years ago what donaire is doing now. too much pride he has right now which is what filipinos like me hate. montiel has more filipino trait compared to this filipino pretender.

No. His previous contract stipulates that Arum can opt for an extra year extension based on the same contract. This isn't uncommon. Virtually all of the professional sports leagues here in the US have players whose contracts include such a stipulation.

So I have to admit that I've favored Donaire over Pacquiao for the past few years. My change of allegiance happened when Pacquiao signed with Golden Boy and then decided to return the money and head back over to Top Rank.

It is for the same reason that I can't get behind this move by Donaire. Although I like the fact that Donaire becomes the marquee fighter for Golden Boy, the matter in which the change was made, to me, shows a lack of character.

I'm sure folks in the Philippines, who even before this seemed to think of Nonito Jr as some sort of stepsister to Pacquiao's Cinderella, think even less of him now.
