I'm not really sure. My opinion is that TR could give him that now. They have built him up for this moment. Feeding him first bums ... then people started raving to see more of him. People then clamor for a test to see if he is indeed one of the best or just one of the best protected. People were frustated of lack of opposition. TR gave him a good opponent in Sidrenko for a trial. Nonito passed. It was time for the test of greatness. They gave him Montiel. He passed with flying colors. It was now ripe to harvest the Donaire hype.

HBO is more than willing now to give him dates. But then ... as most cases ... GBP offered more money. Lolz.
